For councils, housing & care providers
We source residential properties and introduce them to local authorities, housing providers, and care operators who need a reliable, ongoing supply. We handle the sourcing and qualification — you take it from there.

We do not present you with a generic pipeline. We work to understand your specific criteria — and introduce properties that are aligned to your housing needs.
We work to your criteria
We understand your requirements upfront and agree terms before we start. Everything we introduce has already been filtered against your brief.
We find and qualify the properties
We source and assess every property before it reaches you. Your team reviews qualified opportunities, not raw leads.
We get it over the line
We handle landlord liaison, documentation and progression to agreement. We work with you until it's done.
Have a supply gap we can help fill?
Get in touch →Model 01
Council-referred households placed into private rented properties.
Many landlords are reluctant to accept council-referred tenants because of previous experience with unpaid rent, or neglect of their property. The reality is, landlords will choose the least risky of their tenant applications. We've found more landlords open, when the rent is paid directly to them from the local authority, or insurance is offered to cover rent loss or tenant damage.
Model 02
Properties let to an organisation who manage sub-occupancy.
We source properties on your behalf and introduce landlords who are open to company tenancy arrangements. The provider takes on the lease directly with the landlord — we make the introduction and step back once the agreement is in place.
Model 03
Long-term leases between private landlords and local authorities or housing associations.
Private Sector Leasing provides a more affordable, stable alternative to nightly-paid accommodation while permanent housing is secured. We source suitable properties, assess landlord readiness, make the introduction and support on negotiation and agreement of terms.

Residential properties introduced to registered providers and CQC-registered operators for use as supported living and care.
Long-term supported living requires the right size, location, and accessibility to underpin regulated care services. Many private landlords are unaware of the arrangement or its benefits — we bridge that gap.
We work with landlords and investors willing to purchase or develop suitable properties for supported living use. If you have a long-term supply requirement to deliver care packages, we'd like to hear from you.

Register interest and share criteria
Tell us what you're looking for — coverage area, property type, client group, volume, and model. The more specific your brief, the better the match. We agree terms before any introductions are made.
Introductory meeting
A short meeting to confirm requirements, understand your procurement process, and agree how introductions will be structured for operational alignment.
Introduction terms agreed
We confirm how we'll work together tailored to how your organisation procures and contracts — no assumptions made on either side.
Introductions begin
Suitable properties are introduced as they become available — or sooner where lead time is needed for specific requirements. You assess. We support through to agreement.
