What Is a Cookie?
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. Some cookies are deleted when you close your browser (session cookies); others remain for a set period (persistent cookies). Cookies may be set directly by us (first-party) or by third-party services we use to operate our websites.

Managing Cookies
When you first visit handsoffhousing.co.uk, a cookie banner will appear with two choices:
- Accept essential: only what is strictly necessary for the site to work is used. Our enquiry forms and tracking script are not loaded, so the cookies they use are not placed. Where a form would appear, you can accept cookies to show it or email us instead.
- Accept all: our enquiry forms and tracking script are loaded, and the cookies described in the Cookie Schedule above are placed.
We remember your choice in your browser for six months, using local storage and not a cookie, and then ask again. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of any page.
On other pages we operate, including pages on princeprimeproperties.com subdomains, strictly necessary and functionality cookies are placed as they are required for those pages to operate.
No advertising or marketing cookies are currently in use.
You can also manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how our websites function.
